The Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment. In addition, changes to admission to any of the nursery school programs are at the discretion of the Board.
The Registrar must receive from the parent one month’s advance written notice of withdrawal from a program. This notice must be given at the beginning of the month whereupon the remaining post-dated cheques will be returned. If one month’s notice (as of the first of the month) is not given, notice will be taken from the date it is issued and a partial payment for the next month may be due. The remaining cheques will be returned. One month’s notice given on April 1st will be accepted, but your cheques will not be returned for May and June of that school year. The program is not in a position to accept new students into the program for the last two months of school and therefore, your fees cover that tuition whether you are in attendance or not.
The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Executive Director, reserves the right to request the withdrawal of a child from a program due to behavioural problems. A parent has the right to appeal this decision and must request, in writing, a meeting with the Board of Directors and the teaching staff.
